Over the past couple of years, we have had to replace a couple of vehicles for different reasons. Being new to TX, it was overwhelming due to the sheer number of choices. Thanks to the internet, preliminary searches were very easy. It was showing to to various places that was the deciding factor. After looking at Loan Star Motors online and looking at the vehicle, we decided to make the trip up from South Houston. Loan Star Motors is the truly the place to go!!! This is where excellent customer service was born. It is one of the best dealerships I've been to and trust me, I have dealt with all types of dealerships from Austin, Dallas, Houston, Port Arthur, etc. John, Josh and Nick are the real deal. They are friendly, professional guys willing to go the extra mile to ensure you get the car you deserve. Two weeks ago, I purchased a 2005 Black Acura RL from these guys and I have fallen in love with it. The car is beautiful and runs smoothly. From the moment I walked through the door to test drive the car until the moment I drove away in my car, they were there for me. Answering their cell phones immediately if I had a question even after I purchased the car. Let me tell you how good of hands you will be in if you go to Loan Star Motors. Literally 10 minutes after I had signed the paperwork and I was getting in my car to drive off for good, my back windows would not roll down, I was like "OMG, I can't believe this is happening! Immediately, I jump out the car, let John know, which at this point was no longer his responsibility, but he takes a look at it anyway and makes a promise to me that he will get his technician to fix it. Needless to say, it turns out that the back windows were not broke; it was just a setting within the car that needed to be reset, but before John even knew that, he was already on the phone ordering a part to get it fixed. Stand-up guys, right! What was also pleasant about this place is they specialize in loans so they can help you get really great APR's without you doing any of the work. Let me tell you America, don't let the size of Loan Star Motors fool ya, they are a small dealership, but they beat out a big-time dealership any day. The point to all of this is get out to Loan Star Motors, talk with these guys, look at the inventory, tell them your expectations and let 'em do the rest. You're in great hands. Period-end of story. When I first called about a truck advertised online John wanted to check to see if he still had that vehicle. He told me it had already sold. Other places would say "We have it come on down" and later tell you it just sold after you arrived. John told us he had other similar vehicles and would love for us to stop by and take a look at those to see if that might fit our budget and needs.After arriving and looking at the inventory we found something that would work but, we didn't want to stop there.We later came back and took a second look and fell in love with the vehicle. The service you receive after the sale is top notch. This is the first dealership that I have used that will actually install your plates for you when they come in. Not just hand them to you and say "See ya!". The wiper blades messed up a week after we purchased the vehicle and John said don't worry about it, I'll find out what's wrong order the part and have that fixed for you. Again, after the sale was complete.
